Dr. Bill made this whisky in an effort to capture the grandeur of sunsets and its never-ending horizon of reds, oranges, and purples. Our giraffe-high stills, which produce a delectably delicate and fruity spirit, are the foundation of the Lasanta. After that, we let it age for 12 years in bourbon and sherry barrels, giving it a mouthwatering voyage overflowing with deep spice and sun-drenched sweetness. It glows with honeycomb, chocolate-covered hazelnuts, and raisins. Cinnamon winds lighten it. The experience of drinking Lasanta is similar to how you see something new every time you view the sunset.
