Teeling Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a whiskey produced by Teeling Whiskey Company, an independent Irish distillery based in Dublin, Ireland. It is made using a unique mash bill of malted and unmalted barley, which is a traditional method of producing whiskey in Ireland, and it is then matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. This whiskey is characterized by its rich and complex flavor profile, with notes of spices, fruit, and honey, and a smooth, silky finish. It is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chillfiltered for a more intense flavor experience.

The Teeling Whiskey Company opened the Teeling Distillery, an Irish whiskey distillery, near Dublin in 2015. It is the first new whiskey distillery to open in Dublin, which previously served as the world's center for whiskey production, in more than 125 years. In reality, it is the first whiskey distillery to operate in Dublin in over 40 years since the final of the old Dublin distilleries shut down in 1976. Previously, Dublin was home to at least 37 distilleries. Jack and Stephen Teeling, whose father John Teeling had launched the monopoly-busting Cooley Distillery in 1987, started the distillery. It is situated near to Walter Teeling, a family progenitor who founded a distillery on Marrowbone Lane in 1782, in Dublin's Liberties neighborhood. The re-establishment of the Teeling whiskey brand is symbolized by the brand's logo, which features a phoenix emerging from a pot still.
