Teeling Single Grain is an Irish whiskey produced by the Teeling Whiskey Company, a family-owned business based in Dublin, Ireland. This whiskey is made from a blend of different grains, including corn and barley, which are fermented and distilled in copper pot stills. Unlike other Irish whiskeys, which are typically made from 100% malted barley, single grain whiskey is made using a combination of different grains, resulting in a different flavor profile. Teeling Single Grain is matured in a combination of bourbon and wine casks, which imparts distinct notes of vanilla, fruit, and spice to the final product. This whiskey is bottled at 46% ABV and is typically enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as a base for cocktails.

The Teeling Whiskey Company opened the Teeling Distillery, an Irish whiskey distillery, near Dublin in 2015. It is the first new whiskey distillery to open in Dublin, which previously served as the world's center for whiskey production, in more than 125 years. In reality, it is the first whiskey distillery to operate in Dublin in over 40 years since the final of the old Dublin distilleries shut down in 1976. Previously, Dublin was home to at least 37 distilleries. Jack and Stephen Teeling, whose father John Teeling had launched the monopoly-busting Cooley Distillery in 1987, started the distillery. It is situated near to Walter Teeling, a family progenitor who founded a distillery on Marrowbone Lane in 1782, in Dublin's Liberties neighborhood. The re-establishment of the Teeling whiskey brand is symbolized by the brand's logo, which features a phoenix emerging from a pot still.
