Product Description

Think again if you believe that exceptional age statement whiskey is only made up of old spirits that have been aged for years. Having been produced in 2014 and maturing for 7 years in second-fill sherry butts, this gem from Ben Nevis is a fantastic illustration of how vibrant and different younger whiskey can be. Decadent Drinks purchased this expression, which was bottled at 50% ABV, for just that reason.

About The Brand: Ben Nevis

In Scotland's Fort William, there is a distillery called Ben Nevis. At 1,345 meters (4,413 feet) above sea level, Ben Nevis is the tallest peak in the British Isles, and it is located at its foot. A coastal distillery in the Western Highlands gets its water from the Allt a'Mhuilinn, which springs from the Coire Leis and Coire na'Ciste lakes on Ben Nevis. It was established in 1825 as an independent business, and since 1989, Nikka Whisky Distilling of Tokyo, Japan, has owned it.
