Wild Turkey 101 is a brand of straight bourbon whiskey produced by the Wild Turkey Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. It is known for its high proof, which refers to the alcohol content of the whiskey. Wild Turkey 101 is bottled at 101 proof, which means it is 50.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). Wild Turkey 101 is made with a blend of corn, rye, and barley, and is aged for a minimum of six years in charred oak barrels. It has a rich amber color and a smooth, well-balanced flavor with notes of vanilla, oak, and caramel. Wild Turkey 101 is often enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but can also be used in cocktails. It is a full-bodied whiskey with a bold, spicy flavor that is well-suited for those who prefer a stronger, more assertive taste. In addition to its 101 Bourbon, Wild Turkey also offers a variety of other whiskey products, including Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Wild Turkey Longbranch, and Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit Single Barrel.

The Wild Turkey Distilling Co., a company of Campari Group, produces and bottles the Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey under the name 'Wild Turkey.' The distillery is close to the Kentucky city of Lawrenceburg. It is a stop on both the American Whiskey Trail and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and provides tours. Compared to other bourbons, Wild Turkey employs a mash that contains a comparatively smaller amount of maize, and the firm makes an effort to balance the alkaline climate of its limestone-rich water supply. Additionally, the raw whiskey is distilled to an alcohol content of roughly 55% by volume, which is substantially lower than the legal limit for bourbon. To promote more equal maturation, barrels are turned during open houses. Before being considered for bottling, they are matured until at least one-third of the contents has been lost to evaporation.
