Bulleit Bourbon is a brand of straight bourbon whiskey produced by the Bulleit Distilling Company, which is owned by Diageo. The brand was founded by Tom Bulleit in 1987 and is named after his great-great-grandfather Augustus Bulleit, who made bourbon in the mid-19th century.
Bulleit Bourbon is made with a high-rye recipe, which gives it a distinctive spicy flavor. It is aged for a minimum of six years in charred oak barrels, which imparts a deep amber color and complex flavor to the whiskey. Bulleit Bourbon is known for its smooth, full-bodied taste and is often used in cocktails.

In order to commemorate its 30th anniversary, Bulleit opened a brand-new, cutting-edge distillery in Shelbyville, Kentucky, in 2017.
