Fully matured in Barolo casks, made from 100% Welsh malted barley and its water source from the Aber Falls Waterfall, this is quite different from the usual stuff put out by Aber Falls. Aber Falls writes that its flavour has hints of coffee and dried fruits is balanced beautifully with the rich grape and dark chocolate notes from the Italian Barolo casks in which it is aged.
