Cragganmore is a Scotch whisky produced in the Speyside region of Scotland. The distillery is known for its complex and balanced style, often characterized by a rich and fruity profile. Cragganmore has a long history, having been established in 1869 by John Smith.
A complex bouquet of floral notes, honey, and a hint of vanilla, complemented by subtle spices and a touch of oak.
Rich and smooth with flavors of malt, dried fruits, and a gentle sweetness, alongside a delicate spiciness and a hint of citrus.
Medium-length with a warming sensation, featuring notes of oak and a lingering sweetness.
An elegant and well-balanced whisky that showcases the classic Speyside character with a refined complexity.

The Scotch whiskey distillery Cragganmore is located in the Scottish settlement of Ballindalloch in the Banffshire region. John Smith established the distillery in 1869 on property he leased from Sir George Macpherson-Grant. Smith choose the location because it was adjacent to the Strathspey Railway as well as the waters of the Craggan burn. Smith was an experienced distiller who had previously served as the manager of the Wishaw, Macallan, Glenlivet, and Glenlivet distilleries. The Speyside Way long-distance walking path is built along the abandoned Strathspey Railway. United Distillers marketed Cragganmore under the Classic Malts name. Since then, United Distillers has joined Diageo.
