Cragganmore 1991 Distillers Edition is a 30-year-old Scotch whisky from the Speyside region. Cragganmore distillery is known for its complex and floral style, often highlighting the rich character of Speyside whiskies. This expression is part of the Distillers Edition series, which typically features a secondary maturation process.
Rich and complex with notes of dried fruits, honey, and a hint of floral undertones, complemented by subtle oak and spice.
Full-bodied with flavors of ripe peaches, dark chocolate, and a touch of vanilla, balanced by a gentle spiciness.
Long and warming, with lingering notes of toffee, oak, and a hint of smoke.
An exquisite expression that showcases the depth and character of Cragganmore, with a perfect balance of sweetness and complexity.

The Cragganmore distillery is definitely worth a visit thanks to its picturesque Spey Valley setting and distinctive flat top stills. To start organizing your trip, book your tour online right away. The Scotch whiskey distillery Cragganmore is located in the Scottish settlement of Ballindalloch in the Banffshire region. John Smith established the distillery in 1869 on property he leased from Sir George Macpherson-Grant. Smith choose the location because it was adjacent to the Strathspey Railway as well as the waters of the Craggan burn. Smith was an experienced distiller who had previously served as the manager of the Wishaw, Macallan, Glenlivet, and Glenlivet distilleries. The Speyside Way long-distance walking path is built along the abandoned Strathspey Railway. United Distillers marketed Cragganmore under the Classic Malts name. Since then, United Distillers has joined Diageo.
