The finest local barley and gentle water from the neighboring mountain, Ben Rinnes, are used in the production of all of our single malts. Our newly created, precisely produced spirit typically ages for at least 12 years in both the best, hand-selected American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry butts. A genuinely rich and rewardingly complex selection of single malts is made possible by the subtle blending of each barrel's characteristics throughout the double cask aging process.
