Thanks to its innovative stills, Loch Lomond is able to produce a medley of marvellous whiskies, and in fact, this expression is the first in a range celebrating those stills, dubbed the Remarkable Stills Series! It's a 45 year old single malt that was initially aged in American oak casks, before being finished in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask. The packaging for this one is an homage to Loch Lomond's straight next pot stills (look at the copper-coloured shape on the presentation box and you'll get it).
