Aromas of vanilla and toasted marshmallow fil the nose above a layer of barbecue ribs, green leaves and apple sauce. The palate is rich and smoky, with notes of mint chocolate, pine needles, sweet and sour apples, leather, cinnamon and rich peat smoke.
