The Dalmore 35 Year Old single malt, which will be available in 2021, was initially wedded in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels before maturing in a variety of former bourbon barrels, Port pipes, and Matusalem oloroso sherry casks. The tongue is enhanced by flavors of marmalade, ground cinnamon, chocolate cake, chestnuts, raisins, mango, plums, and pineapple. The nose is filled with aromas of roasted coffee, liquorice, orange, Morello cherries, and ginger.
