A very special Clynelish, bottled for The Whisky Exchange by Signatory in celebration of the 10th edition of The Whisky Show in London. We've been fortunate to bottle a few of these sherried Clynelishes, and this might be the best yet. It was distilled on 11 December 1996 and bottled on 20 August 2018 at 21 years old. The sherry butt has added layers of dried fruit and spice, but without hiding Clynelishes fresh and fruit character. An excellent balancing act.~ The Whisky Exchange
