This is the second batch of single malt from the Fleurieu distillery that That Boutique-y Whisky Company has produced as part of its Return to Oz line. Interestingly, the husband and wife team behind Fleurieu chose an eight-day fermentation using brewer's yeast rather of the more customary distiller's yeast when they launched the company in 2016.
