A grain-to-glass release from Belmont Farm's Kopper Kettle range, it's a Virginia straight bourbon! We don't know the exact mash bill (other than it boasts at least 51% corn, as all bourbon is legally required to), though we do know that it's a combination of corn, wheat, and barley. After distillation in a pot still, it's aged in charred oak barrels and bottled up at 46% ABV. A light, easy-sipping whiskey here. ~ Master of Malt
