Limited to only 2,400 bottles, The GlenAllachie 30-Year-Old Cask Strength Batch 3 showcases the artistry of Pedro Ximénez, oloroso, and American virgin oak casks meticulously selected from the 1990s.

NOSE:
Bursting with roasted almonds, honey and orchard fruits, with hints of worn leather and butterscotch, followed by orange zest and dark chocolate.
TASTE:
Lashings of grape must, hazelnut and honeycomb, followed by citrus fruits, toffee brittle and hints of ginger spice, with cinnamon and mocha on the finish.
Retailing at RRP £670 (US$864), this liquid epitomises "Sherry-matured indulgence," unveiling exquisite notes of espresso, chocolate-covered hazelnuts, grated ginger, and stewed plums. With an ABV of 48.9%, the whisky boasts the remarkable casks handpicked from GlenAllachie Distillery's extensive inventory of over 50,000 casks housed in 16 on-site warehouses.
Notably, GlenAllachie has recently revealed an upgraded visitor attraction, including a bar and tasting lounge, as part of a £600,000 (US$763,543) investment to enhance their visitor centre, first opened to the public in April 2019.
