Irish Distillers' Redbreast brand of single pot still Irish whiskey. Gilbey's, a Dublin-based spirits retailer, first bottled it using distillate obtained from Jameson's Bow Street Distillery. Irish Distillers, the company that makes Jameson, acquired the brand in the 1980s. It is the single pot still Irish whiskey with the highest global sales. There are six varieties of Redbreast whiskey now on the market: Redbreast 12 Year Old, Redbreast 12 Cask Strength, Redbreast 15 Year Old, Redbreast 21 Year Old, Redbreast Lustau Edition (matured for its last year in Bodegas Lustau sherry barrels), and Redbreast 27 Year Old.
