The Glenlivet 55 Year Old The Eternal Collection First Edition is a rare Scotch whisky from the Speyside region, aged for 55 years. Glenlivet is renowned for its smooth and floral style, and this expression showcases the distillery's long-standing heritage in whisky production. With an ABV of 42.2%, it represents a significant addition to any whisky collection.
Rich and complex with notes of dried fruits, honey, and subtle spices, complemented by hints of oak and floral undertones.
Full-bodied with layers of dark chocolate, candied orange peel, and a touch of vanilla, balanced by a gentle spiciness.
Long and warming, with lingering notes of toffee and a delicate oak influence.
An exceptional expression showcasing the depth and elegance of aged Glenlivet, perfect for connoisseurs.

Single malt Scotch whisky is made in the Glenlivet distillery in Moray, Scotland, which is close to Ballindalloch. It is the oldest operating distillery in the parish of Glenlivet and the source of the eponymous Scotch whiskey. Since its founding in 1824, it has been operating virtually constantly. The only time the distillery was shut down was during World War II, and it did so during the entire Great Depression. The Glenlivet distillery has expanded to become one of the largest single malt distilleries in the post-war era. The Glenlivet brand is the second-most popular single malt whiskey brand worldwide and the top-selling single malt whisky in the United States. The French alcoholic beverage corporation Pernod Ricard now owns the distillery and is in charge of its annual output of 5,900,000 proof litres. This is used to make 6 million bottles of The Glenlivet single malt, with the remaining portion going into blended whiskey brands under the Pernod Ricard umbrella.
