Product Description

Tobermory 24 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. The distillery was founded in 1798 and is known for producing a wide range of styles of whisky, including peated and unpeated expressions. The 24 Year Old expression is aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for at least 24 years before being bottled. As it is a non-chill filtered and natural color whisky, the color and flavor may vary from batch to batch. It's considered a rare and highly sought-after expression, with a complex and well-balanced flavor profile, and a long, warming finish. It's described as having notes of honey, fruit, spice, and a hint of smoke. It's highly recommend to be enjoyed neat or with a drop of water, to appreciate the complexity and depth of this expression. Tobermory 24 Year Old is a limited release, and it's not regularly available, and it may be hard to find, especially in the market.

About The Brand: Tobermory

A Scotch whiskey distillery called Tobermory is located in the town of Tobermory on the Hebridean island of Mull in Scotland. The 1798-founded distillery, once called as Ledaig (pronounced Letch-ick), has changed hands several times and through a series of closures. Burn Stewart Distillers, a branch of the South African Distell Group Limited, presently owns Mull's sole distillery. The mixes Scottish Leader and Black Bottle contain Tobermory single malt, which is the company's primary offering. Additionally, though in lower quantities, the distillery creates peated whiskey, which continues to go by the name Ledaig.
