About The Brand: Tobermory

A Scotch whiskey distillery called Tobermory is located in the town of Tobermory on the Hebridean island of Mull in Scotland. The 1798-founded distillery, once called as Ledaig (pronounced Letch-ick), has changed hands several times and through a series of closures. Burn Stewart Distillers, a branch of the South African Distell Group Limited, presently owns Mull's sole distillery. The mixes Scottish Leader and Black Bottle contain Tobermory single malt, which is the company's primary offering. Additionally, though in lower quantities, the distillery creates peated whiskey, which continues to go by the name Ledaig.
