Talisker 45 Year Old is a Scotch whisky from the Isle of Skye, known for its maritime character and peaty profile. As a 45-year-old expression, it represents a rare and aged offering from the Talisker distillery, which is renowned for its rich history and tradition in whisky production.
Rich and complex with notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and a hint of maritime brine.
Full-bodied with layers of rich toffee, dark fruits, and a subtle smokiness, complemented by spices and a touch of oak.
Long and warming with lingering notes of sea salt, dark chocolate, and a gentle smokiness.
An exceptional and rare expression that showcases the depth and character of Talisker, reflecting its age beautifully.

On the Isle of Skye, Talisker is the oldest operating distillery. It is situated on the banks of Loch Harport and offers breathtaking views of the Cuillin Mountains. producing a seductive, sweet, full-bodied single malt that is so simple to enjoy and yet difficult to leave, much like Skye itself. On the Minginish Peninsula on the Isle of Skye, Talisker Distillery is an island single malt Scotch whiskey distillery with headquarters in Carbost, Scotland. Diageo, which runs the distillery, has shortlisted Taliskers' 10-year-old whiskey for inclusion in their Classic Malts lineup. The product is regarded as a high-end single malt Whisky. Hugh MacAskill financed £3,000 and constructed the distillery before leasing the land from the MacLeods in 1830. Instead of the settlement where it was located, he decided to name it after his estate, Talisker, which is located about 5 miles to the west.
