Talisker 35 Year Old (Special Release 2012) is a Scotch whisky from the Isle of Skye, known for its maritime character and peaty profile. With an age statement of 35 years and an ABV of 54.6%, this expression showcases the depth and complexity that comes with extended maturation. Talisker distillery is renowned for its rich heritage and is one of the oldest legal distilleries on the Isle of Skye.
Rich and complex with notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and a hint of maritime brine, complemented by spices and a touch of smoke.
Full-bodied with layers of dark fruit, toffee, and a peppery spice, alongside a subtle smokiness and a creamy mouthfeel.
Long and warming, with lingering notes of dark chocolate, spices, and a gentle maritime influence.
An exceptional expression showcasing the depth and character of Talisker, with a perfect balance of sweetness, spice, and coastal elements.

On the Isle of Skye, Talisker is the oldest operating distillery. It is situated on the banks of Loch Harport and offers breathtaking views of the Cuillin Mountains. producing a seductive, sweet, full-bodied single malt that is so simple to enjoy and yet difficult to leave, much like Skye itself. On the Minginish Peninsula on the Isle of Skye, Talisker Distillery is an island single malt Scotch whiskey distillery with headquarters in Carbost, Scotland. Diageo, which runs the distillery, has shortlisted Taliskers' 10-year-old whiskey for inclusion in their Classic Malts lineup. The product is regarded as a high-end single malt Whisky. Hugh MacAskill financed £3,000 and constructed the distillery before leasing the land from the MacLeods in 1830. Instead of the settlement where it was located, he decided to name it after his estate, Talisker, which is located about 5 miles to the west.
