Product Description

You're listening to a peaty Tobermory Distillery single malt bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company for the Boutique-y Records series under the name Ledaig! This one is a 59.1% ABV expression that is 19 years old, extracted from a sherry butt. The label has a musical theme, just like the other Boutique-y Records releases, but this one becomes really technical—not just about how to pronounce "Ledaig," but also about different kinds of audio files. The audiophiles out there should be ecstatic about this one as it is a.FLAC file. Batch 19 is a 475 bottle release.

About The Brand: Tobermory

A Scotch whiskey distillery called Tobermory is located in the town of Tobermory on the Hebridean island of Mull in Scotland. The 1798-founded distillery, once called as Ledaig (pronounced Letch-ick), has changed hands several times and through a series of closures. Burn Stewart Distillers, a branch of the South African Distell Group Limited, presently owns Mull's sole distillery. The mixes Scottish Leader and Black Bottle contain Tobermory single malt, which is the company's primary offering. Additionally, though in lower quantities, the distillery creates peated whiskey, which continues to go by the name Ledaig.
