A 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky from The Single Malts of Scotland indie bottling range. This edition is Parcel No.7, and it comes from an undisclosed distillery in the Highland region. So, y'know, there are plenty of distilleries it could have been – it's up to you to come to your own conclusions about who was responsible for this one! What we do know is that it was distilled in 2008, and mature in three casks until 2021, when it was bottled at 48% ABV.
