Product Description

This rare release of 30-year-old single malt Scotch whiskey was made at Glen Garioch in 1991 and is brought to you by the Whisky Sponge & Decadent Beverages team. A refill hogshead was used for the first ten years, then a first-fill Port barrique was used for the next twenty years. Just 175 bottles, with a cask strength inherently low at 41.4% ABV, were made. This whiskey, according to the crew, tastes "like the ancient days fashioned into jam by a sinewed Aberdonian farmer," and is "super quaffable old whisky riddled with rancio, black fruits, and bitter chocolate flavors."
