Edradour 2012 Bourbon Cask 10 Year Old

A superb, extremely collectible whisky. Only 1,783 bottles of this expression, each with a 59.6% alcohol content, were filled in February 2022 after 10 years of maturation in an ex-bourbon barrel. Especially sophisticated Highland single malt! Fresh honey, lemon peel, and menthol may all be detected on the nose. More honey, spicy wood, and vanilla pods are introduced on the tongue before the finish, which is sweet and gratifying.
