It was aged in an Oloroso sherry barrel and bottled at cask strength, which is a hefty 67% ABV. With this one, a few drips of water wouldn't hurt. It appears like St. George is still engaged in combat with the dragon in an effort to obtain its prize, which contains a roast chicken. Dragons probably enjoy roast chicken.
