Stephanie Macleod has been elevated to the newly formed post of director of blending for Bacardi's Scotch whisky portfolio.
For the Scotch brands William Lawson's, Aberfeldy, Dewar's, Aultmore, Craigellachie, The Deveron, and Royal Brackla, Macleod serves as master blender.
She will continue to manage the Scotch portfolio in her extended role as director of blending, with the objective of examining procedures to premiumize the line.

A well-known whiskey blender and master blender, Stephanie Macleod is devoted to diversity and inclusion in the whisky business and is noted for her skill in crafting and mixing complex and nuanced whiskies. She is presently the Master Blender for Barcadi and has received several honours for her work, including the Master Blender of the Year award from the 2020 International Whisky Competition.
