Together with independent bottler Decadent Drinks, Whisky Sponge (yep, that Whisky Sponge from the Internet) has created another fantastic whisky. This time, it's a 30-year-old Speyside single malt from an unidentified distillery. Although the distillery responsible for this one has not been identified, there is a small indication on the label that it was "distilled at the second least interesting distillery in Rothes." Oh, and the label also depicts a scenario in which a stillhouse in the shape of a fish jolts into Earth and makes a sizable depression. An alert to all of us. 519 bottles of the 48.5% ABV whiskey were made after it had been matured in two refill hogsheads.
