Signatory's Secret Orkney 18 Year Old 2005 is a cask strength Scotch whisky, bottled at an ABV of 55%. It is part of the Cask Strength Collection and has been aged for 18 years. The whisky hails from the Island region of Scotland, known for its diverse and unique whisky characteristics.
Rich and complex with notes of dried fruits, honey, and a hint of maritime brine.
Full-bodied with flavors of dark chocolate, toffee, and a subtle smokiness intermingled with citrus zest.
Long and warming with lingering notes of spice and a touch of oak.
An impressive cask strength offering that showcases the depth and character of Orkney whiskies.

Andrew and Brian Symington established Signatory in 1988, and it is best recognized for their independent Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky bottlings, which include the Cask Strength and Un-Chill Filtered collections. Signatory is currently among the biggest independent whiskey bottlers and even acquired Edradour distillery from Pernod Ricard in 2002, despite an earlier goal to have all of their bottles signed by the great and the good (the concept that gave the firm its name) having long ago been abandoned.
