A 13-year-old Orkney single malt that was produced at an unnamed distillery in Orkney and aged in a batch of four casks, two sherry butts and two ex-bourbon barrels, until 2022 is the seventh release in the Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Cask series. The tongue is accompanied by flavors of candied ginger, cinnamon, golden syrup, and mint chocolate in addition to aromas of heathery smoke, mint, rich soil, and dark chocolate.
