About The Brand: Hazelwood

The Gordon family, who also own William Grant & Sons, owns and operates the House of Hazelwood brand of old Scotch whiskey. Spirits from the Gordon family's own collection are used to create the whiskey. The Girvan Grain Distillery's builder, Charles Gordon, is honored in one of the House of Hazelwood's two current collections, which were introduced in May 2022. The collection's whiskies generally range in age from 35 to 60 years old and cost £950 to $4,900 per bottle. The name of the company is derived from that of the Gordon family's ancient residence, Hazelwood House, which served as Kininvie Castle's dower house.
