Product Description

A magnificent remake of a cherished, but sadly extinct mix from the earlier Compass Box era! Delos, a blend that was initially produced in 2001 and is remembered by aficionados for its bright notes of vanilla, fruit, sweet butterscotch, and grain, joins the Extinct Blends Quartet. Asyla was put to rest in 2018, but the Compass Box crew has dug into some of its rarest stock for this blend, pairing lush layers of sweet grain whiskey from Cameronbridge with American oak-matured malt whiskies from Glen Elgin, Imperial, and Miltonduff.

About The Brand: Compass Box

Producer, bottler, and marketer of a distinctive selection of blended Scotch whiskies is Compass Box. Chiswick serves as the company's headquarters. American businessman and former Johnnie Walker marketing director John Glaser launched Compass Box Whisky in 2000. Jill Boyd and James Saxon are the blenders for Compass Box. The company's whiskymakers choose distillates from many of the existing Scotch whiskey distilleries, and the chosen whiskies are then combined and further aged.
