About The Brand: Walsh

In an effort to mix and bottle the ideal Irish coffee brew, Bernard and Rosemary Walsh founded the Hot Irishman Limited in 1999. In an effort to build on their success, the pair created The Irishman Irish Cream liqueur in 2005, using only quality Irish whiskey and 100% Irish dairy cream, in an effort to compete with the major Irish cream liqueur companies.
