A. Roborel De Climens has created a magnificent French single malt using French barley and exhibiting the splendor of wine barrel finishing! First and second fill French oak barrels were used to initially age the whiskey before it was moved to ex-dry white wine barrels for finishing. In particular, Rolle blanc wine from Château Sainte-Marguerite in the Côtes de Provence was originally stored in these wine barrels.
