Blended from nine casks of varying char levels, all American oak apart from a single moscatel cask, this seventh batch of rye whisky from The Oxford Artisan Distillery has been named Easy Ryder as it's so easy to drink. The rye used in this batch was a combination of heritage grains planted to aid biodiversity in the Oxford countryside, harvested in 2017, and treated to a long fermentation in Hungarian oak vats.
