The Copper Rivet Distillery's inaugural single cask release has only ever been made available to us! Belgravia barley, used to make this Masthouse single malt, was first gathered in August 2016 from the beautiful 40 Acre Marsh on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent, approximately 15 miles from the distillery. It was pot and column distilled in 2018 and put into a virgin American white oak barrel (number #137) that was highly toasty and somewhat charred after a protracted fermentation period of around seven days. Then, in July 2022, it was dispensed and bottled at a 56.2% ABV. Excellent work.
