The whisky is made with barley grown at Preston Farm, Dartmoor, and malted at the famous Warminster Maltings. While those two aspects are very South West, the still used to make the whisky comes from further afield, coming all the way from Cognac! This particular expression was matured in bourbon casks, imparting soft fruity sweetness to the spirit.~ Master of Malt
