This range of blended malt whisky is named after William Hanger, the 3rd Lord Coleraine. He was a loyal customer of Berry Bros. & Rudd during the late 18th century, and was quite renowned for his striking blue clothes. Before long, he gained the moniker, 'Blue Hanger'.
