Bimber The 1st Peated Release is an English whisky with an ABV of 54.1%. Bimber Distillery, located in London, is known for its innovative approach to whisky production and has gained recognition for its quality since its establishment in 2015. This release marks the distillery's first foray into peated whisky, showcasing its commitment to exploring diverse flavor profiles.
A complex blend of smoky peat, sweet vanilla, and hints of dried fruits, with a background of toasted oak.
Rich and full-bodied with layers of peat smoke, dark chocolate, and a touch of honey, complemented by spices and a slight brine.
Long and warming, with lingering smoke, a touch of citrus zest, and a subtle sweetness.
An impressive first peated release that showcases Bimber's craftsmanship, balancing the intensity of peat with rich, sweet undertones.

In order to create distinctive, high-quality single malt whiskies utilizing age-old techniques, the founders of Bimber Distillery set out to create them. All of our barley is farmed on this one farm, where the adventure starts. It is then traditionally floor malted, manually mashed, and carefully fermented for seven days in our own hand-made wooden washbacks. Our tiny copper pot stills are heated directly by fire, and we age our spirit in carefully chosen barrels. At our distillery, our whisky is then packaged. Our hand-crafted process of making whiskey passionately blends historic techniques, knowledge, and an unwavering dedication to excellence. Bimber's initial barrels were set down on May 26, 2016, and three years later, in September 2019, we produced our first single malt whiskey (The First). The restricted release of 1,000 hand-numbered bottles sold out in just three hours. The new single malt whiskies from Bimber will come in a variety of flavors and all have our renowned approachable, fruit-forward character.
