This Australian single malt from the Overeem distillery in Tasmania has been added to That Boutique-y Whisky Company's Return to Oz collection. It has spent five years maturing in an Apera barrel, an Australian fortified wine akin to sherry. Fans of the distillery have fresh hope when Jane Overeem, the daughter of Overeem founder Casey Overeem, repurchased the business in 2020. There are 522 bottles in Batch 3's release. Limited edition whiskies from several prominent distilleries are packaged by That Boutique-y Whisky Company in addition to award-winning blends. These whiskies have cool, graphic novel-inspired labels.
